We’re Hiring Registered General Nurses - Days & Nights
Location: Barnes Lodge, Tonbridge, Kent
Hours: 36 hours per week

What You’ll Do
- Provide hands‑on nursing care, manage clinical interventions, and guide Health Care Assistants.
- Ensure every resident receives personalised, high‑quality care tailored to their individual needs.
- Lead and inspire the care team, fostering a warm, homely environment in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care.
- Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager to uphold care excellence.
