Avante Home Care and Support provides domiciliary care across Kent, including Wateringbury, Gravesend, Tonbridge, Larkfield, Faversham, Sittingbourne, and the Isle of Sheppey. Rated 'Good' by CQC in March, we deliver high-quality care in clients' own homes, including:
- Providing companionship and supporting independence
- Personal care, including washing and dressing

Requirements:
- Previous care experience is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided.
