Family Liaison Manager | £40K + Commission | Avante Care & Support
Be part of something meaningful. Avante Care & Support is excited to launch Wain House, a brand-new, purpose-built care home offering exceptional residential and dementia care. As we prepare to welcome our first residents in January 2026, we\’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Family Liaison Manager to lead sales and marketing efforts — with a strong focus on self-funder conversions and local business development.
The Role: Drive Occupancy, Build Trust, Shape the Future
As our Family Liaison Manager, you’ll be the face of Wain House for prospective residents and families. You\’ll lead our occupancy strategy, manage new enquiries, conduct tours, and develop relationships that convert interest into warm, lasting placements. Your day will be a mix of frontline engagement, strategic sales follow-up, and creative marketing input — all while ensuring the customer journey is seamless and compassionate.
What You\’ll Do
- Achieve occupancy and self-funder targets through proactive sales efforts
- Maintain accurate lead data via Cold-harbour CRM and produce regular reports
- Lead engaging home tours and ensure showrooms always impress
- Coordinate timely assessments with operational teams
- Build strong referral networks with local health professionals and the wider community
- Support marketing activities and brand-compliant materials (brochures, postcards, ads)
- Represent Wain House at local events and exhibitions
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative campaigns and pipeline strategy
Sales Meets Strategy: Your Impact Matters
This is a hybrid sales and marketing position ideal for someone who thrives on making meaningful connections, hitting targets, and taking initiative. You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing & Sales, with plenty of scope to influence local campaigns and bring Wain House to life before the doors even open.
About You
You’re a confident communicator, skilled relationship-builder, and results-driven professional with experience in:
- Sales within the care or healthcare sector
- Business development & working with marketing teams
- CRM systems (preferably Cold-harbour)
- Negotiation & cross-functional collaboration
- A solid understanding of the admissions process for self-funders and local authorities
Although not essential it would be great if you’ve worked with NHS/CCG contacts or have international/multicultural experience.
