We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead one of our established Residential Care Homes. This is an opportunity to join a progressive care provider committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care while creating a positive and supportive environment for residents and colleagues alike.

As Registered Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance, team development, and commercial performance.

  • Ensure the home consistently delivers high-quality, person-centred care
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards
  • Lead recruitment, retention, and development of care teams
  • Promote a positive culture focused on dignity, respect, and resident wellbeing
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and improve occupancy levels and overall home performance
  • Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives

Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, or experienced Deputy Manager within residential care is required. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards is essential, along with experience managing residential, dementia, elderly care, or similar services. Commercial awareness and financial management capability are also necessary. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care is required.
