We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Care Lead - Nights(Full-Time) to join our team at Barnes Lodge Care Home.

If you hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care and have experience in a senior care role, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.

• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing every step of the way.

• Mentor and develop your team, helping them grow and excel.

• Step up to support home management in the absence of senior staff.

• Maintain a safe, positive, and caring environment for residents and staff alike.
