Avante Care & Support is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Lead for 3x nights a week at Weybourne, Abbey Wood. You will work with the Manager and Deputy Manager to supervise care staff and ensure person-centred care that meets regulatory standards.
You will deliver compassionate, individualized care, mentor the team, uphold Avante’s Philosophy and Eden principles, and contribute to training, safety, and a welcoming environment for residents and staff.
