Avant Intelligence is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Solutions Engineer to support our expanding operations in London UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering innovative AI-driven inspection and monitoring solutions to clients across Europe.

What We\’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, or AI solution engineering
• Hands-on prototyping skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar technical stack)
• Experience integrating hardware + software and working with real-world operational workflows
• Strong analytical mindset, able to design experiments, evaluate results, and iterate quickly
• Cross-functional collaboration skills with product and delivery teams
• International project experience and ability to drive localization in overseas markets
• Fluent English; additional languages (e.g., German, Chinese) are a plus
• Curiosity for emerging AI technologies and a pragmatic approach to solution delivery
