Avant Skincare is an internationally recognised luxury skincare brand, partnering with premium retailers, luxury hotels, spas, and hospitality destinations worldwide. We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven UK Sales Executive to expand our presence within the UK hotel, hospitality, and spa sector. This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking an experienced salesperson with a proven track record of successfully selling into hotels and hospitality groups, ideally within luxury amenities, beauty, skincare, spa, wellness, or premium lifestyle sectors.

Based from our Edinburgh office, this role combines office-based work with regular travel across the UK to meet hotel decision-makers, spa directors, procurement teams, and hospitality partners.

The Role

You will be responsible for driving growth of Avant Skincare’s luxury hotel amenities and spa range across the UK hospitality market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing new business opportunities within luxury hotels, boutique hotels, hotel groups, and spas
  • Building strong relationships with hotel General Managers, Procurement Teams, Spa Directors, and key decision-makers
  • Presenting and selling Avant’s hotel amenities collection and luxury spa offering
  • Conducting regular in-person meetings and client visits across the UK
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to onboarding
