The Avant Skincare Group is expanding and looking for a Partnership Coordinator to join their global expansion. You will be working with the most influential retailers, hotels, cruises, airlines and duty free, in different countries and regions, helping bring our brands and products to market.

Job Location: Edinburgh offices located in George Street - FULL TIME OFFICE BASED (This job cannot be performed remotely.)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing a network of retail partners and developing new partnerships.
  • Prospecting new partners relevant to our activity and continuously bringing new business to support the marketing strategy.
  • Engaging primarily with retailers in Europe, the UK, and the USA.
  • Updating the marketing and communication team about the launches planned and providing real-time insights.
  • Negotiating commercial terms with future partners.
  • Travelling and meeting with partners when required.
  • Attending international trade shows.
  • Assisting with Daily Business Operations.

Requirements:

  • At least a junior in college.
  • Passionate about beauty and cosmetics.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Good copy writing.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time.
