VDA Avant Recruit are proud to be partnering with our client, a market leader within Accident Repair industry. We are currently searching for a VDA. This role is offered on a permanent basis with excellent benefits and competitive salary. The main responsibilities for the VDA are as follows: * Inspect, record and report damages to vehicles in need of repair * Produce accurate quotations for work required * Calculate timings for required work * Regular communication with customers to update progress of repair * Identify and upsell additional repairs To be a successful candidate for the VDA role you must: * Have previous experience in a VDA / Bodyshop Estimator role * Have experience or be familiar with Audatex or similar * Have good understanding of a bodyshop environment * ATA accreditation is an advantage but not essential * Full UK Licence Salary and Benefits: * £40k – 45k Basic / OTE £50k * Pension scheme * Enhanced leave for maternity / paternity * Flexible working hours * Healthcare * High street discounts * Industry discounts * Amazing career progression * Free parking * Monday to Friday If you feel you have the right skill set, knowledge and experience and are looking for a new and rewarding challenge then please apply for the VDA role now
