Avant Recruit are proud to be partnering with our client, a market leader within the Accident Repair industry. We are currently searching for a SMART Repair Technician. This role is offered on a permanent basis with excellent benefits and competitive salary.

The main responsibilities for the SMART Repair Technician are as follows:

  • Carry out SMART (Small, Medium Area Repair Technology) repairs to vehicles
  • Repairs can include alloy refurbs, scratches, dents, scuffs, windscreens etc
  • Stripping, reworking and refitting parts
  • Carry out all repairs to a high quality

To be a successful candidate for the SMART Repair Technician role you must:

  • Previous experience within a SMART Repair / Paint Technician role
  • Be happy working in a fast paced environment
  • Full UK Licence

Salary and Benefits:

  • £30k - £33k basic plus bonus
  • OTE £37k - £40k realistic and achievable
