Senior Sales Advisor (Fixed Term Contract – 24 months) at Avant Homes, Oakview Quarter, Great Eccleston, Lancashire. Avant Homes is a leading housebuilder operating across Scotland, the North East of England, Yorkshire and the Midlands, committed to providing affordable and accessible homes. We are looking for an experienced new homes sales advisor to deliver one‑to‑one professional consultations to homebuyers and help match them with their dream home. This is a full‑time, 24‑month fixed term contract (35 hours per week, Thursday to Monday).

Responsibilities

  • Provide on‑site sales consultations with homebuyers and match them to suitable properties.
  • Manage and coordinate all on‑site sales and administration activities.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of the progress of every plot, updating customers on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Site Manager and Regional Sales Manager to meet development quality and presentation standards.
  • Assist in preparing key status reports and updates on all sales KPIs for the development.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a new homes sales advisor for a residential developer, with a target‑driven sales record.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a flexible attitude towards working patterns.
  • Passion for delivering a first‑class customer experience.
  • Full driving licence and own vehicle required.
  • Proactive and motivated, able to work independently on a fixed term contract.
