Avant Homes is a housebuilder operating in Scotland, the North East and West of England, across Yorkshire, the East and West Midlands and Wales, with eight regional offices and a Group head office employing over 600 people. The Role
Are you an enthusiastic individual who is eager to kickstart their career within the Construction industry?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Scotland Construction team and begin a career within construction.
Key Duties and Requirements
- Performing manual duties on site.
- Working alongside a number of sub-contractors and trades, ensuring that materials are available to them as and when required.
- Ensuring that the site is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Maintaining a clean working environment.
- Helping the site teams build our quality, affordable homes in alignment with our build programmes.
- Assisting the Site Manager in material management, reporting discrepancies and product defects.
- Assisting the site management team in maintaining excellent customer service, health and safety and build quality.
- At all times comply with responsibilities under the Company\'s Health and Safety and Environmental and Corporate Responsibility Policies and all other company policies, procedures and instructions.

- A \'Can Do\' attitude is vital as you will be presented to the business as a direct representative of the wider Construction team and regional business.
