We have work available in the borough of Slough for Pakistani-speaking Care Assistants. Avant Healthcare is a domiciliary care provider that places care and support workers with families who require your service in their local community. We are looking for Care and Support Workers with compassion and kindness. This is for long hours - 12 hour shifts.

What does being a Care Assistant involve?
- Personal Care such as assistance with showering/bathing, dressing, medication etc.
- Practical Support such as laundry, cleaning, preparing and cooking meals and taking people out to the shops, doctors or social events.
- Specialized Care - Supporting people with specialist needs
- Helping clients with their everyday duties
- Managing different medical conditions like dementia, autism, challenging behaviour
- Household duties, cooking, cleaning and general running of their home
Requirements:
