  • Supporting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, medication)
  • Helping with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
  • Providing companionship and emotional support

  • Supporting people with specialist needs (e.g., dementia, autism, challenging behaviour)
  • A genuine passion for helping others
  • Willingness to travel between homes in the TW18 area
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Valid enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one)
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and confident working independently
