Female Care Worker - long hours

Contract Details: We offer zero hours and guaranteed hours contracts in some cases

Avant Healthcare is a domiciliary care provider that places care and support workers with families who require their services in their local community . We are looking for Care and support workers with compassion and kindness.

This specific package is for long hours (12 hours shifts) in Hounslow

Below are the customer's requirements and expectations:

• Are you physically fit to transfer a client who is 6 feet tall and weighs about 70 kg (Approx)? He has no movement from the neck down, so he will need to be transferred using the Hoist machine.
• Carers need to be prepared to dress the client and get him ready for his hospital and GP appointments
• Shopping and cooking are involved; the carer needs to be prepared to cook meals.
• Carer needs to manage his appointments and daily schedules and always stay on top of this.
• You are required to provide physiotherapy exercises to the customer once a day
• Customer is completely bed-bound.
• Customer requires a breathing device during night shifts.
• Customer requires a clean environment, would like to have the carer to always be active around the house.
• Care calls are long hours. We can provide you with up to 12 hours shift
