Avant Healthcare is hiring compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to support individuals in their own homes across TW18 & TW20.
The role requires a caring heart, a personal vehicle, and a desire to improve the lives of others.
Must live in TW18 or TW20 area and be able to work flexible hours.

- Support clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, medication)
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with appointments, shopping, and social activities
- Support people with specialist needs (e. g., dementia, autism, challenging behaviour)
- Travel between homes in TW18/TW20 area
Qualifications and Skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Valid enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
- Strong spoken and written English
- Reliable, trustworthy and confident working independently
- Registration within the first year for a level 2/3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
