We develop fundraising collaborations with leading museums and institutions that strengthen public access to art and engage the new generation of patrons who will shape its future. Make-Ready, our North London print studio, is the largest fine art silkscreen printmaker in the world. WHAT WE NEED
Avant Arte’s content and marketing has a reputation as among the most innovative and high-quality in the art world, and is an extension of the brand's mission to make collecting art more accessible. The Creative plays a central role in delivering and supporting this, being part of a team who create cut-through content that tells the story of each artwork we release.
- Creating on-brand visual and written content at the highest level of quality, to support the launch of limited edition artworks
- Developing innovative concepts and campaign proposals for collaborations with artists and institutions
- Writing pitches and briefs which articulate your ideas precisely and compellingly
- Proactively leading, and contributing to, wider projects and initiatives that help keep Avant Arte’s content a reference point
- Lead film and stills shoots, both remotely and sometimes on-location in the UK
- Working effectively and collaboratively with other teams across the business
- Delivering assets and copy for website and social media
- Providing content and copy support to marketing and wider business, where required
- Using insights to guide iterative optimisations to improve output
- Working strategically to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Collaborating with writers, photographers, videographers, editors and producers
The main skills we’re looking for are:
- Strong and distinct creative vision
- Refined visual acumen and aesthetic sensibility
- Interdisciplinary creative outlook and approach
- Concept development for internal and external pitches
- Creative and art direction
- Writing and editing
- Content strategy, including for social media
- Passionate and knowledgeable about art and its position within wider culture
- Ability to build web content using a front end CMS
- Able to work quickly across multiple projects without compromising quality
- Able to work flexibly and under pressure
We think you’ll probably have:
- At least 4-5+ years of relevant professional experience
- A portfolio or website showcasing your best work
- A polymathic mindset – someone who is able and excited to combine innovative, impactful visual and written content with strategic, commercially-oriented thinking
