During the contract, you’ll be responsible for producing and delivering one hero film and multiple photo shoots, resulting in a strong bank of imagery we can use across channels. This role is hands‑on, fast‑moving, and outcome‑focused. You’ll lead production end‑to‑end, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure everything is delivered on brief, on budget and on time, without compromising on creative quality.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning production from concept through to final delivery across film and photography
- Producing and managing external shoots where required, including photographer sourcing and shoot logistics
- Planning and delivering shoots alongside creatives across multiple locations
- Managing all pre‑production and post‑production, including:
- Briefing
- Scheduling
- Logistics
- Legal requirements and releases
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Creative or Photography Producer, ideally working across both stills and motion
- A strong passion for film, photography and visual storytelling
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable running multiple productions in parallel
- Confident working with senior creatives, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Solutions‑focused, with the ability to calmly problem‑solve under pressure
- Comfortable challenging briefs, processes, and decisions when it improves the work
- A strong eye for detail and a genuine commitment to high creative standards
- Experience working at pace, with tight timelines and budgets
- Familiarity with scaling or fast‑growth businesses, particularly within tech or culture‑led brands
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with leading culture, fashion, lifestyle, or tech brands
- An existing network of photographers, directors, or production partners
