Make-Ready is dedicated to producing original prints of outstanding quality and has a different approach to defining what a fine art print studio can be. We specialise in high-end silkscreen printing, producing stunning artworks for some of the world's most exciting contemporary artists.

We are currently a team of 12 based in Tottenham, North London. This is a unique opportunity to develop yourself within a team of highly skilled professionals working with one of the most technically versatile printing processes in the arts. You will be based at the studio Monday-Friday.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining Make-Ready’s silkscreen printing equipment under guidance to produce a world-class printed output.
- Proofing and developing projects assigned by the Creative Team and Production & Logistics Team within agreed timelines.
- Graduating proofed works into full editions, ensuring successful delivery of projects on budget and on time.
- Maintaining and developing an understanding of the stencil making process.
- Contributing to necessary finishing and other studio tasks required to complete projects and maintain the studio.
Values & Communication:
Be a role model and uphold the core M-R principles of printing and studio behaviour, contributing to solutions and workplace culture in an open, respectful, and collaborative way.
Objectives & Summary:
- To physically produce proofs, BAU edition and Timed Launch prints for Make-Ready and Avant Arte on budget and on time.
- To maintain printing ‘up-time’ through an organised and productive printing environment.
- To hit printing targets set by the Creative Team & Production & Logistics team.
