The Role
This is a hybrid Creative Strategist and Campaign Manager role, sitting at the centre of how Make Ready Editions launches new collections and drives growth. On the strategy side, you'll own paid social and run systematic creative testing across different concepts, angles, and formats. You'll also think holistically about how we show up across other key channels, with a particular focus on artists' own channels (primarily Instagram).
On the campaign management side, you'll work hand in hand with the team that manages our artists to deliver contemporary collection launches end to end. This means coordinating timelines, briefing in assets, furnishing artists with the links and posting instructions they need, and ensuring every launch ships smoothly from kickoff to live.
Content production is a mix. Some of it you'll do yourself - simple assets and edits where it's quicker or sharper to make them than brief them out. The rest you'll brief into our writers, editors, and art directors. A good visual eye and comfort with simple design tools and AI is important.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own paid social creative end to end, with primary responsibility for systematic creative testing.
- Think strategically about how we optimise other key channels, particularly artists' Instagram accounts.
- Work directly with our artists to help them get the most out of their own channels.
- Manage contemporary collection launches end to end in partnership with the artist management team.
- Brief writers, editors, and art directors on the assets needed for each campaign and launch.
- Produce your own assets where it's faster or sharper to do so.
- Use performance data to feed back into both paid creative and the artist channel playbook.
Who This Role Is For
- A paid social creative strategist, or a strategic copywriter or content creator looking to move into a new role.
- Familiar with paid social and genuinely excited by it.
- A strong writer with a good visual eye, and comfortable getting hands-on with simple content production.
- Able to hold the operational side of a launch in your head and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- A confident briefer who can give clear creative direction.
- Enjoys working directly with creative talent and helping them perform better on their own platforms.
- Curious about AI and actively using it in your workflow.
- Probably have around 3-6 years experience, but we’re open to candidates with more or less than this.
Benefits include:
- Generous equity allowance.
- Enhanced pension contributions and parental leave policies.
- 25 days of holiday plus four extra company-wide days.
- L&D budget of €1000 per year per employee.
