WHAT WE NEED

We are seeking a Founder's Associate to work directly with our co-founder & CEO, supporting him day-to-day while partnering with the wider business on key initiatives and projects. This role combines excellent executive support with opportunities to contribute to strategic, operational, and cross-functional work.

Key responsibilities:

  • Executive support: Owning and optimising the CEO's complex diary, coordinating meetings, managing communications, and drafting written communication.
  • Travel & logistics management: Planning and booking work-related travel, preparing detailed travel schedules.
  • Stakeholder liaison: Building strong working relationships, communicating priorities, and managing follow-ups.
  • Business support & operational excellence: Identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the CEO with analysis and problem-solving.
  • Special projects & broader CEO support: Supporting planning and tracking of cross-functional projects and conducting research.

The main skills we are looking for:

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong diary, travel, and priority management capability.
  • Proactive problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and multiple workstreams simultaneously.

We think you will probably have:

  • A strong academic background and/or 2+ years of consulting or related experience.
  • A track record of handling confidential information with discretion.
  • A hands-on, can-do mindset and appetite for broader responsibilities.
  • Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders.
