Avania is hiring for the Site Manager (In-House CRA) role, which is an entry-level position within the Clinical Operations team. This role offers exciting prospects, training, and development to become a travelling CRA.
The Site Manager (In-House CRA) will be trained on all basics regarding the execution of a clinical research project. Responsibilities may include performing any Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) activities, which will involve:
- Clinical Trial Monitoring
- Study-Specific Documents and Files
- Communication and Meetings
Candidates who offer a combination of the skills, knowledge, and experience listed below are encouraged to apply:
- B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience in a (para)medical, scientific, or health-related discipline or related work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in clinical research, preferably as a Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) or Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
- Ability to understand basic and complex medical details
- Knowledge of GCP-ICH-E6, FDA regulations, and ISO 14155, 13485, and 9001 where applicable
- Knowledge of regulatory regulations and guidelines on medical devices
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
