Avani Solutions is a dedicated service provider specialising in beer line cleaning, dispense hygiene, cellar services, quality audits and training that help pubs, bars and hospitality venues deliver the best possible draught beer experience. Our mission is that “one day, every pint served will be perfect,” and we work across the on-trade to support both customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting an On-Trade Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of the South of England territory. This is a field-based sales role ideal for someone passionate about beer quality, deeply familiar with on-trade environments, and experienced in building strong commercial relationships with hospitality venues.
Role OverviewYou will manage and develop a defined southern region, driving new profitable sales opportunities while nurturing key relationships across pubs, bars and other on-trade customers. You will represent Avani’s suite of services — from extended interval beer line cleaning and dispense hygiene to bespoke quality audits and training solutions — to help every venue maximise beer quality and minimise waste.
- Approx. 80% new business development
- Approx. 20% key account management

- Own and grow the on-trade territory across the South of England
- Present Avani Solutions’ beer quality services — including ProClean, ProClean PLUS, SOS Rescue Cleans, Beer Quality Audits, and training workshops — to new and existing customers
- Build and strengthen customer relationships with licensees, bar owners and hospitality operators
- Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams on regional account planning
- Represent Avani Solutions at industry events and trade shows
- Drive consultative sales conversations focused on enhancing beer dispense quality and operational efficiency
- Experience in field sales within the hospitality, on-trade, beer, brewery or related sectors
- A commercial mindset with a passion for helping customers deliver outstanding beer quality
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship and negotiation skills
- Proficient with CRM and sales tools
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in the field
- Full, clean UK driving licence
