What You'll Be Doing: As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to build relationships with some of the most exciting businesses and professionals in your market. You'll be responsible for: Building and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates Identifying and attracting exceptional talent Learning your specialist market inside out Developing new business opportunities Managing the recruitment process from start to finish Negotiating and managing commercial opportunities Building a network that will become increasingly valuable throughout your career You'll have plenty of responsibility, but you'll also have the support and training needed to develop your skills and succeed.
