As our Lead Smart Building Controls Engineer, youll take the lead on projects across London and beyond from BMS installs to full smart tech integration. If you know your KNX from your Modbus, and love solving real-world technical challenges, wed love to hear from you.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead the installation and commissioning of advanced BMS and smart control systems
- Oversee integration of home automation platforms into building controls
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects
- Carry out second fix wiring for data, network, and controls
- Troubleshoot BMS/IP/automation issues across commercial and residential sites
- Document installs, create reports, and maintain high technical standards
- Mentor junior engineers and grow internal technical capability
- Stay ahead of smart building trends and innovations
What Youll Bring:
- Proven BMS install & commissioning experience (KNX, BACnet, or similar)
- Strong understanding of IP networking, routing, and configuration
