This position is open in London, 3 days on -site/week, long -term commitment.

Responsibilities :
<\/span> <\/p>
- Own delivery coordination
across interdependent teams (quant developers, platform engineers,
infrastructure, IT and business stakeholders) with no direct line
authority<\/span>
<\/li> - Define and enforce what
"done" actually means with each engineering team before anything
is called delivered<\/span>
<\/li> - Sort out the test
environments ensuring nothing is pushed forward without proper end -to -end
validation<\/span>
<\/li> - Track every in -flight
workstream across the QIS platform scope<\/span>
<\/li> - Demonstrate working software
on a week -to -week basis to senior stakeholders<\/span>
<\/li> - Identify cross -team
dependencies early and drive resolution before they become programme
blockers<\/span>
<\/li> - Translate technical
constraints and delivery risks into clear, honest narratives for
front -office sponsors including heads of QIS trading, QIS structuring and
the head of Equities<\/span>
