Key Accountabilities
- Report to the Data & Analytics (D&A) Data Engineering Manager to agree on priorities and daily activities.
- Design the technical architecture, roadmap, and scalable solutions for new and existing data-centric solutions on Microsoft Fabric and other platforms, including:
- OneLake
- Lakehouses
- Data Warehousing
- Dataflows & Pipelines
- Metadata and data lineage management
- Data governance and master data management (MDM)
- Integration with on-premise, cloud, and third-party data sources
Skills
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Fabric architecture.
- Practical experience with agile methodologies.
- Proficient understanding of fundamental Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred.
