• Strong Kustomer system understanding and functional knowledge.
• Strong technical skills on the technology/ Kustomer system involved.
• Ability to analyse requirements, translate into technical requirements and make configuration and technical changes in Kustomer as needed.
• Ability to provide effective technical solutions, where needed on the CRM and related Customer contact centre technologies involved.
