Leading various ITSM customer working and focus groups to solicit requirements.
Direct interaction with customers – as well as on and off-shore development teams
Identify areas of process and tooling improvement., Verify that the technical solutions comply to client’s needs and process requirements.
Conduct functional, regression, and system integration testing and support user acceptance testing
Document all reported issues found during the testing life cycle.
Understand the current "as is process" and test change based on the upcoming process change
Work closely with BA, Architects , Testing Teams and process Teams
Identify the process and tooling improvement and provide the Solutions to ensure tool is protected in process , security and performance aspects.
