Responsibilities include:

1. Creating test frameworks, test design, defining test strategies and plans, selecting test tools, and overall test planning.
2. Developing and maintaining testing processes and procedures.
3. Focusing on quality assurance and professional testing to support best-in-class solutions through test automation, test-driven development, and improving software lifecycle and release management.
4. Experience in manual and automation testing.
5. Adapting quickly to new technologies and processes.
6. Developing and analyzing metrics for QA performance.
7. Gathering lessons learned from projects.
8. Participating in communication initiatives like road shows, quality kickoff meetings, and departmental presentations to promote QA principles.
9. Strategic and tactical planning, including documentation.
10. Developing and delivering training and coaching.
11. Collaborating with development teams to review implementations and provide testing feedback.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

• 10+ years of QA experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with HP Quality Center/ALM.
• Experience implementing CMMI, TMMI, ITIL process improvements is a plus.

Experience required: 10+ years of QA experience.
