The PC support/Digital Work Place team is the front-line team dealing with End User Incidents and owning all IT related issues on behalf of our clients. Working within a large multi-discipline, multi-site team, the team will be focused on Incident resolution, problem management and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- SQL queries, patch management, SQL Replication Issue.
- Manage and Administer SCCM 2012 Infrastructure.
- Good understanding of SCCM roles and able to analyse the service impact if any role is down.
- Sound knowledge on SQL Replication Issue.
- Overall Infra Health monitoring and troubleshooting.
- MP Troubleshooting, DP Troubleshooting & PKG Distribution Configuration and Troubleshooting skill in SQL, IIS, WSUS as it pertains to SCCM.
- Understand the fundamentals of WMI and how it is used in SCCM.
- SCCM Admin with Application Packaging knowledge.
- Good knowledge on SCCM app-model packaging, deployment type, detection logic and requirement rules.
- Sound knowledge on VB scripting and PowerShell scripting.
- Able to create dynamic collection based on various exclusion and inclusion collection rules.
- Good knowledge on Configuration Items and baseline creation and deployment and compliance report.
- Sound knowledge on SQL queries, OSD imaging and OS upgrade, Task sequence.
- Good knowledge in patch management, SUGs, ADR, and reporting.
- Good knowledge on SCCM client health, client remediation, CCMeval.
- Good knowledge on SSRS reporting, how to create custom report, set alert or subscriptions.
- Troubleshooting Software distributions on DP's.
- DP MP Role installation and Troubleshooting.
- Monitoring and maintaining Site and Components status of SCCM Environment.
- Autopilot to enroll Windows devices in Intune.
- Experience in Co-management.
Experience required:
- ITIL Foundation certified, ideally ITIL Incident/Problem Practitioner.
- 3 years experience within a large complex IT department/organisation.
- Ability to understand the Business from a user perspective.
- Remains visible to customers as the face of IT to listen to their concerns and share as needed.
- Maintaining agreed SLA levels and assuring Quality of delivery at all times.
- Able to work in Early and Late shifts based on a rota and at times would require to work on Bank Holidays.
