SAP HCM & PY Consultant
Essential skills and experience:
- Extensive hands-on implementation experience of core SAP ECC HCM modules - Personnel Administration, Organisation Management, Time Management, and SAP UK Payroll.
- Extensive exposure to ABAP with hands-on programming experience.
- Exposure to the integration of SAP ECC HCM with other SAP products and 3rd party systems using tools like SAP CPI.
- Experience in writing client-ready documentation that would include change requests, project proposals, implementation documentation, testing documentation, etc.
- Participated in at least 4 SAP full lifecycle implementations or system upgrades.
- Participated in at least 2 rounds of support packs.
- Experienced in supporting/mentoring less experienced team members.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Exposure to SAP technical modules like Basis, Security, SAP PI, etc.
- Exposure to SAP Workflows.
- Exposure to Floor Plan Manager and ABAP Webdynpro.
Behavioural:
