As a Salesforce (SFMC) Tech Lead / Senior Developer, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and existing technologies, utilizing your expertise in developing, executing, and optimizing email, SMS, and social media campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, debug, and analyze the performance of solutions, documenting best practices for new solutions.
- Oversee the technical direction and implementation of SFMC projects, user stories, and epics.
- Develop custom solutions, integrations, and data migrations within the SFMC platform.
- Ensure the quality and performance of SFMC solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SFMC with other systems.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior developers.
- Assess the impact of high-priority or critical enhancement requests and track end-to-end solution delivery.
- Learn new technologies such as PWA/MRT and Salesforce B2C through self-learning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Proficiency in coding (e.g., AMP Script, SQL) and understanding of integrations with marketing and CRM systems.
- Experience developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud customizations, integrations, data migrations, and marketing technologies.
- Knowledge of Data Architecture.
- Salesforce certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, and Marketing Cloud Consultant.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules such as Journey Builder and Email Studio.
- Leadership and mentoring skills for technical teams.
- Strong understanding of tools like Infobip for SMS and email communication.
- Experience conducting data profiling, data governance, and standardization.
- Experience leading Marketing Cloud data modeling and architecture.
- Proficiency in architecture, design, and development of advanced customizations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
