Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation & Account Management
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for a portfolio of priority accounts in UK & European territories.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, including cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery through contract negotiation and close.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand prospect pain points, risk management challenges, and business objectives.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to specific customer use cases in the payments sector.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, providing product and technology teams with market insights and feature requirements.
- Partner with customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term account growth.
Additional potential responsibilities
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM.
- Represent Envisso at industry events and conferences.
Role Requirements
- Prior experience selling solutions to payments companies.
- Understands custom sales processes, requiring a high degree of customer discovery.
- 3+ years of experience as an account executive focused on revenue growth, combined with continued hands-on engagement in the full sales cycle.
- Evidence of hitting $500K+ personal annual revenue targets on a consistent basis.
- Experience selling in either the UK or Western European markets.
