Oracle Cloud Payroll & HCM Consultant will be part of the account team and responsible for delivering Payroll, HR functional support, configuring solutions, and providing transformation solutions. Additionally, responsible for driving Cloud business growth within existing accounts and supporting wider TCS Retail Cloud transformation engagements.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide solutions and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion for payroll and HR.
- Support collaboration with Oracle SRs, guiding them to resolution.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document setup processes.
- Configure payroll fast formulas, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards.
- Develop business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions within Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
- Assist clients in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios, and developing test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
- Support clients during the execution of test scripts.
- Validate configurations and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
- Communicate effectively and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
- Complete tasks efficiently and within deadlines.
- Collaborate with project team members responsible for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions.
- Provide status updates and issue reports to the project manager or client regularly.
- Support business operations during payroll runs.
- Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodologies for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Implementation experience of Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Global Payroll, and UK Payroll.
- Strong configuration skills in fast formulas, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards.
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion Payroll module and awareness of integration with other modules such as Recruitment (Taleo), HR Core, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence Management.
- Detailed knowledge of UK payroll legislation, payroll processing, manual calculations, year-end processes, and external agency requirements like RTI, BACS, and pensions.
