Your responsibilities:
- The consultant will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting primarily Workday HCM, Absence & Time Tracking.
- The consultant will be responsible for collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, implement solutions to ensure the effective use of the Workday implementation.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:- Understanding of HR business processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into Workday solutions.
- Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Workday Absence & Time Tracking modules, including business process configuration, security setup, and report development.
- Experience with Workday integrations, data conversion, and system testing.
- Experience of at least 1 Workday implementation in configuring global (4+) countries for Absence and Time Tracking.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experienced in documenting system configurations and customizations via appropriate artifacts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- 6-9 years of experience as a Workday Functional Analyst, with a focus on HCM, Absence & Time Tracking modules.
- Configure and customize Workday Absence & Time Tracking modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Absence & Time Tracking functionality, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, document functional specifications, and translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training and user support materials as needed.
- Conduct/support testing and validation of system changes, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
