The Role
Within the Tech, Data, Digital and Innovation team, the SuccessFactors Project Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors program implementations across multiple modules and engaging clients to gather requirements.
Your responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors program implementations across multiple modules.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and drive strategic solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
- Provide expert guidance, risk management, and best practice recommendations throughout project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and oversee implementation timelines.
- Monitor program performance and share status updates with all key stakeholders.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices.
- 10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Program Manager.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into comprehensive SuccessFactors system designs.
- Integrate SuccessFactors modules (LMS, CDP, BizX, JAM) and ensure seamless connectivity with other HR and enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience in managing SuccessFactors interfaces, including Employee Central and Talent modules and third-party applications.
- Understanding of HR processes and data structures.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Fluent in English; Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferably in Employee Central).
