Your responsibilities:
- JML Process Ownership
- Conduct a structured review of the existing JML processes—including onboarding, internal movements, job changes, global mobility, terminations, and offboarding dependencies—to identify gaps, failure points, and process risks.
- Facilitate process workshops with HR, IT Security, Payroll, Identity Management, and Operations teams to define AS IS flows and shape future ready TO BE processes.
- Recommend improvements grounded in Fusion HCM standard functionality, leading practices, compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR), and organizational governance.
- Manage end-to-end Joiners, Movers, and Leavers processes, ensuring timely and accurate updates in Oracle Fusion Core HR.
- Analyze business requirements for JML and translate them into Oracle Fusion configurations.
- Configure HCM Experience Design Studio, approvals, checklist tasks (onboarding/offboarding), and role provisioning rules.
- Validate data impacts across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and other downstream modules.
- Work closely with the other applications stakeholders and Architect team to integrate the JML end to end process.
- Translate business and compliance needs into clear functional requirements for Core HR, Approvals, Security, Checklists, and Journeys.
- Guide customers in decision making on workflow routing, segregation of duties, access provisioning models, audit requirements, and governance mechanisms.
- Support cross functional alignment across HR, Identity Management, IT, Security, and downstream systems impacted by the JML lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Security teams to implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) aligned with JML events — supported by evidence of expertise in "Fusion role-based security".
- Coordinate creation/modification of job roles, data roles, and privileges required for onboarding and movement of employees.
- Work with teams to ensure correct data flow to Identity and Access Management (IDAM), payroll, finance, and ITSM systems (ServiceNow) during JML actions.
- Support HCM Extracts/Reports (BI, OTBI) to monitor JML dashboards (in line with HCM Extract/BI capabilities).
- Conduct regular audits to identify mismatched access rights, incorrect transactions, or pending tasks.
- Create test scenarios for onboarding/offboarding, cross module dependencies, and access provisioning workflows.
- Lead UAT with HR Ops teams ensuring smooth quarterly patch impact for JML related changes (similar to patch testing responsibilities).
- Partner with HR, IT Security, Architect, Identity Management, Recruitment, and People Operations to optimize JML processes.
- Provide functional guidance to operations teams for handling exceptions, escalations, or bulk movements (e.g., M A, org restructures).
Required Skills Experience
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Core HR, Security, Approvals, HCM Extracts, Checklists, and Oracle Journeys.
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes — onboarding, internal transfers, job changes, global mobility, and terminations.
- Understanding of access governance, provisioning models, and identity management integration.
Tools Technical Skills
- BI/OTBI reporting for JML monitoring (supported by BI report experience).
- Familiarity with HDL/HSDL for bulk JML data corrections.
- Ability to validate workflow routing, security roles, and audit logs.
- Visio.
- Azure DevOps.
Soft Skills
- Strong documentation, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross functionally and manage deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Experience and Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in Oracle Fusion functional Business Analyst or Oracle Fusion consultant.
