The purpose of this role is to support the IT Change Manager by working with the development, planning, logistics, and embedding of changes developed by our Joint Venture Digital programmes. You will focus on the people side of change, which involves identifying change impacts, preparing, designing, and delivering the materials needed to support the successful embedding and adoption of new systems and ways of working.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the IT Change Manager with analysis to identify change impacts, communication requirements, and training needs.
- Assist in the design, creation, and distribution of IT Change communication and engagement materials, including emails, videos, presentations, and reports to stakeholders.
- Publish and make accessible change materials via microsites or project platforms.
- Maintain distribution lists for IT Change communications, events, or sessions.
- Coordinate and set up events such as roadshows, workshops, or online sessions as part of the IT Change Plan.
- Capture and summarize key questions and track attendance at change events and sessions.
- Support the development of training user lists, track attendance, and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Assist in designing, creating, and distributing feedback mechanisms and measurement tools for projects and change sessions.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the IT Change team and business stakeholders.
Key skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create visuals such as infographics and GIFs to illustrate information effectively.
- Experience in video production and creating simple online user guides.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and the project lifecycle in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Experience using Poppulo.
- At least 2 years of Business Change experience supporting large, complex IT change projects.
