We are seeking a Practice Sales professional for Client Aster, focusing on the AI Amplified Marketing Suite. This pivotal role supports our business success through strategic client engagements and account management. The individual will provide insightful client introductions, offer context to internal teams, navigate accounts to identify deal opportunities, and lead pursuit teams effectively. Managing client expectations and maintaining the client’s price premium are essential, alongside enhancing client satisfaction and expanding accounts according to strategic plans. The role requires strategic thinking, exceptional relationship management, and effective communication skills to foster long-term partnerships and demonstrate business value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Introductions and Contextual Understanding: Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams by providing valuable introductions and insights, enabling tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  2. Account Navigation and Deal Identification: Navigate client accounts to uncover opportunities for business deals, with a keen understanding of the client\’s business and marketing landscape.
  3. Pursuit Team Support: Formulate and lead pursuit teams aligned with Client Aster’s strategic objectives, guiding them in developing compelling proposals.
  4. Client Expectations and Relationship Management: Set and manage client expectations effectively, develop account plans to enhance satisfaction, and drive growth.
  5. Market Insight and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, client drivers, and competitors to adapt strategies and maintain market leadership.
  6. Account Operations: Oversee contracting processes for swift closure and support service delivery to ensure operational smoothness.
  7. Account Growth and Strategic Planning: Support strategic account planning, engage with client stakeholders, and expand service footprint.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of marketing transformation across design, technology, and data, including how AI and GenAI capabilities can enhance the client’s position as a trusted, innovative partner. You will be supported by the European leadership team.
