In this vital role, you’ll support our healthcare providers and help deliver a seamless, positive experience for every patient.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time role with 12-hour weekday shifts and a rotating weekend schedule
- Primarily partnered with one provider
- Must be an adaptable team player willing to assist where needed
- Ideal for candidates who excel in fast-paced, high-volume settings

Selected Responsibilities:
- Escort patients to and from exam/treatment rooms
- Triage patients as necessary
- Administer vaccines and injections
- Record patient data prior to the physician's visit
- Assist physicians with exams and a wide variety of procedures
- Administer medications
- Prepare and stock exam/treatment rooms and order supplies as needed
- Maintain proper disinfection protocols
- Complete prior authorizations for medications and diagnostic imaging
- Phone in prescriptions and distribute proper medications as ordered by the provider
Candidates should preferably have one of the following certifications: CMA, CCMA, RMA, or EMT, along with at least one year of Medical Assistant experience.
