In this role you will lead a workstream delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions for manufacturing and warehousing. You will guide client workshops, manage a team of functional consultants, and translate business needs into actionable requirements. You'll collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment from design to deployment, while staying current with Microsoft innovations. Tasks
- Lead client workshops to analyze and design SCM solutions for manufacturing and warehousing projects
- Lead a team of functional consultants
- Define and evaluate functional and non-functional requirements for each business process
- Translate requirements into application requirements and maintain a requirements traceability matrix with fit/gap analysis
- Write functional specifications and coordinate with the technical team
- Prototype, configure and test business processes
- Document system configuration and project deliverables
- Support key-users in UAT and train users
- Transition the solution to the support team
- Stay updated on Microsoft innovations and contribute to knowledge sharing
Key requirements
- Experience leading ERP implementation workstreams, especially with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
- Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing skills
