As an AI Architect at Avanade, you will play a critical role in shaping our growing community of Agentic AI experts, defining how we design, build, and deliver agentic solutions at scale.

This role combines deep hands-on technical expertise with strong architectural leadership.
You will influence Avanade’s technical direction in agentic AI, build capability across teams, and work closely with senior client stakeholders to shape requirements, define architectures, and deliver high-impact solutions.
Role Responsibilities 1.
Shaping Capability and Community Act as a technical leader within the AI & Data practice, mentoring architects and senior engineers.
Stay ahead of Microsoft’s AI roadmap and emerging agentic patterns, translating these into practical guidance.
Help shape and grow Avanade’s Agentic AI community by establishing best practices, architectural patterns, standards, and reusable assets.
Contribute to thought leadership, internal enablement, and the evolution of Avanade’s agentic AI offerings. 2.
Client Solutioning and Architecture Lead solution shaping activities with clients to understand requirements and define solution direction.
Shape and own end-to-end architecture for complex agentic AI solutions from concept to production.
Design and deliver solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
Provide hands-on technical leadership across design, build, integration, and deployment.
Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, governance, scalability, and operational readiness. 3.
Leadership, Delivery, and Stakeholder Engagement Lead delivery of large, complex AI programmes involving multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
