As a Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist for Dynamics 365 CRM, you'll be integral to our UK sales team. You'll collaborate with account teams to design and position high-value solutions for CRM challenges, turning your technical depth into clear business solutions with tangible value driven outcomes.
A Pre‑Sales Solutions Specialist – Dynamics 365 CRM works with sales teams to:
- Design a Dynamics 365 CRM solution that solves those problems
- Demonstrate the solution (demos, PoCs, workshops)
- Work with the Client Solutions team on building repeatable assets in conjunction with Avanade strategy.
- Work closely with Avanade sales team and Client Groups, Delivery Leads, and Consulting teams, and Microsoft Account Executives on account planning and amplification of our primary Business Application priorities.
- Conduct proof-of-concepts, demonstrations, and deep-dives of Dynamics 365 CRM (including integrations, analytics, and Power Platform extensions).
