Key Responsibilities
- Use experience of client facing engagements to build a positive project relationship, run workshops and lead clients to success.
- Design and develop Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, Teams Toolkit Agents to meet client requirements.
- Lead a team of experts to work together to drive success in delivering solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in the Power Platform suite of products and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products.
- Share practices for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and extensibility knowledge with global Avanade team members.
- Manage task backlog for continuous improvement of client solutions and contribute to solution estimates.
Qualifications
- Worked with Microsoft 365 Copilot, understanding of the underlying technology, prompts, agents, implemented and governed.
- Familiarity in using Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Platform products.
- Familiarity with Low and Pro code extensibility models of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Strong business analysis and requirements‑gathering skills.
- Familiarity with agile development practices.
- Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to secure apps and data.
