- As an
- ERP Functional Architect specializing in Supply Chain within Avanade’s
Global Integrated Centre of Excellence (ICOE) , you will be responsible for designing, shaping, and delivering intelligent, scalable supply chain solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM during both pre-sales and delivery.
You will partner with global clients to transform their supply chain operations, enhance visibility, optimize planning, and modernize processes using the latest capabilities—including
AI‑powered forecasting, automation, and analytics .
Manufacturing experience is not required , but it is considered a strong advantage and will open opportunities to support broader transformation programs.
This is a high‑impact architecture role ideal for someone who wants to influence global ERP standards and deliver next‑generation supply chain capabilities at scale.
- 🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Design (Pre-Sales & Delivery)
- Lead the functional architecture of D365 F&SCM across global ERP programs.
- Develop solution blueprints, process maps, fit‑gap analysis, and cross‑functional integration designs.
- Embed
AI capabilities such as demand forecasting, stocking optimization, anomaly detection, and intelligent replenishment into solution designs.
- (Optional) Contribute to Manufacturing solution design if you have experience in areas such as Production Control, Shop Floor, Lean/Process manufacturing, or costing.
- Participate in Avanade Communities of Practice (COP).
- Client Engagement & Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics leaders—guiding future‑state design and best‑practice adoption.
- Engage, lead, and advise clients during the pre-sales stage to position Avanade as their preferred business partner for ambitious transformation programs.
- Lead workshops across supply chain functions (procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, planning, product management).
- Support clients adopting modern capabilities including Copilot, AI‑augmented planning, and predictive operational insights.
- Communicate complex functional requirements and solution designs in clear, business‑oriented language.
- Delivery Quality & Governance
- Ensure functional governance, solution integrity, and design quality across global delivery teams following Method One standards.
- Support estimation, solution assurance, and design reviews throughout pre-sales and delivery.
- Identify and manage functional risks, dependencies, and integration points across supply chain workstreams.
- Thought Leadership & ICOE Contribution
- Contribute to global delivery standards, templates, accelerators, and solution patterns for supply chain transformation.
- Support regions in scaling
AI‑enabled supply chain capabilities , ensuring consistent adoption and quality.
- Mentor functional consultants and contribute to capability-building within the global ERP community.
