We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Agentic AI Engineer to join our team and drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge generative AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. This position is well-suited for candidates with a background in software engineering, data science, or machine learning who excel at developing production-grade AI applications utilizing Microsoft platforms such as M365, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry, and have at least one year of relevant experience.
- Strong software development background with proficiency in Python.
- Experience with API development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments.
- Expertise in applying prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and reliability.
- Experience in implementing robust evaluation frameworks and Responsible AI (RAI) practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft GenAI/Agentic AI ecosystem such as M365, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of vector databases, RAG architectures and their integration into enterprise systems.
- A passion for staying current with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AI frameworks.
- Microsoft Certified in Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure AI Fundamentals.
- Bachelor's in computer science, data science, or a related field.
