Agentic AI Engineer – Microsoft Ecosystem

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Agentic AI Engineer to join our team and drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge generative AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

This position is well-suited for candidates with a background in software engineering, data science, or machine learning who excel at developing production-grade AI applications utilizing Microsoft platforms such as M365, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry, and have at least one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and experiment with emerging technologies to assess technical feasibility and potential business impact.
• Design and implement solutions that integrate vector databases and architectures into existing enterprise environments.
• Use GenAI development frameworks and orchestration tools such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, LangChain, or PromptFlow to build scalable and dynamic AI solutions.
• Develop and test agent-based systems that support communication protocols like MCP or A2A.
• Stay up to date and continuously explore the latest advancements in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI frameworks.
• Apply knowledge of Azure AI (e.g., through certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure AI Fundamentals) to develop and deploy AI solutions on Microsoft’s cloud platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s in computer science, data science, or a related field
• Minimum of one year of proven experience developing GenAI/Agentic AI solutions or engaging in prompt engineering with these technologies
• Strong software development background with proficiency in Python
• Experience with API development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments
• Hands-on experience with LLM models such as OpenAI GPTs, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, or Mistral
• Expertise in applying prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and reliability
• Experience in implementing robust evaluation frameworks and Responsible AI (RAI) practices
• Familiarity with Microsoft GenAI/Agentic AI ecosystem such as M365, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
• Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred qualifications

• You are proficient at prototyping and experimenting with emerging technologies to assess feasibility and impact
• Knowledge of vector databases, RAG architectures and their integration into enterprise systems
• Experience with GenAI development frameworks or orchestration tools such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, LangChain, or PromptFlow
• Familiarity with core agent communication protocols, including MCP or A2A
• Keep up to date with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AI frameworks
• Microsoft Certifications in Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure AI Fundamentals
