Role and Organization Context
The ICOE is a single organization that brings together Avanade’s existing COEs to deliver excellence at scale. Its mission focuses on strengthening client and partner relationships by providing subject‑matter expertise throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.

- Supporting solution areas, practices, LOBs, and play squads as needed, acting as the conduit between ICOE towers to leverage assets and collateral.
What You’ll Do
- Boost sales globally, with a focus on your region.
- Support Power Platform adoption across the region.
- Collaborate with Microsoft Product teams in Redmond to drive innovation.
- Align with client solutions teams and cross‑practice initiatives to promote, support, and evangelise Power Platform and its roadmap, ensuring timely Microsoft support.
Qualifications
As a Power Platform SME at Avanade, you will support sales, solutioning, and delivery for European regions. You should be located in a European time zone, and be able to support governance, digital modernization, Power Platform activation projects, including Copilot Studio and optionally intelligent automation efforts.

- 5+ years in Power Platform consulting within a large enterprise.

- Ability to engage C‑level clients and stakeholders and leverage existing relationships.
- Deep understanding of Delivery Methodologies.
